Create and track incidents and request with integratedticketing and automation system- Follow detailed operational processes and procedures toappropriately analyze, escalate and assist in remediation ofsecurity incidents- Liaise with the Company’s Security Operation Center torespond to the emerging incidents in a timely manner.Perform analysis of log files of Firewall, IPS, IDS, Server andProxy via Splunk SIEM solution- Analyze pcap files for Malware analysis and find details ofthe infected hosts and write IOC on executive summaryreports- Provide analysis and containment of compromised systemsand mitigate root causes- Assist in performing periodic access reviews/inactivityreviews- Identify, track and investigate high-priority threat campaigns,malicious actors with interest, capability and TTPs(Techniques, Tactics and Procedures)- Analyze and review escalated cases until closure. Thisincludes investigating and recommending appropriatecorrective actions for cybersecurity incidents- Perform root cause analysis in logs, traffic flows andphishing activities to identify malicious actors- Document all activities during an incident and providemanagement with status updates during the life cycle of theincident- Provide information regarding intrusion events, securityincidents, and other threat indications and warninginformation to the client.
