Artificial General Intelligence (AGI)- the point where Ai accomplishes most tasks beter than almost anyone - is rocketing toward us. The technical changes we will see pale in comparison to the strategic, ethical, and emotional challenges that all leaders will be forced to confront within their teams, families, and, ultimately, themselves. I\'ve told my team and my children that they are growing up in the most incredible time to be alive since the dawn of humanity. I\'ve also shared that we are likely to go through the eye of a needle during this transition. AgenticMP.org is helping to transform our partners into new versions of themselves and find what they need to be in the right places, the right mindsets, and the right rhythms to make the most of this incredible time. To do this well, we will each need to expand our ideas of what is possible for ourselves, our teams, and our partner community. Like it or not, our agentic embedded platforms will expand our ecosystems and accelerate the moves we make. Some work ways will feel easier - and your thinking and inner guidance will need to be toned and tuned. You will all be pushed to play bigger and better than we may believe is possible just to keep your footing. This is no small task.
