Partnering closely with the CEO, HR Director, and Area Managers, I lead strategic discussions on recruitment, retention, and employer branding to strengthen our talent pipeline.I’ve also played a key role in implementing a new ATS, embedding best practices across job boards, and enhancing the overall candidate journey.Creativity is central to my approach — I use engaging content and diverse social channels to boost awareness, reach new audiences, and showcase what makes Charity Link a great place to work.
