Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify and assess future and current training needs aligned to a prioritized roadmap while monitoring, evaluating, and tracking the training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI Work closely with various people leaders to identify learning needs through job analysis and career pathing in to develop appropriate learning strategies while incorporating education and experiential solutions aligned to organizational goals Oversee and manage various training programs, including those focused on organizational culture change for the Direct Sales team, including onboarding training, product knowledge, sales skills, and business acumen training adopted internationally Manage large and complex strategic/technical projects including those targeted to senior-level audiences Develop individualized and group training programs to address specific business needs, using practical and purposeful training methods, including creating training manuals that target tangible results aligned to new product launches and skills development Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities and work with critical stakeholders to cultivate program content/project strategy using appropriate instructional design methods in consultation with SMEs Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and projects, including overall business impact, and make recommendations for future offerings/next steps in consultation with SMEs and other key stakeholders
