   Helped with the Launch of a LMS for our company. I was in charge of the branding/analytics of our LMS. Created homepage canvases, any image for emails and notifications, workspace creation. Along with hosting training workshops about the LMS to help our company understand what it offers.Adapted 30 courses we had in Pinnacle to be SCORM packages. Gave each one a modern style. Created and now train a 12 hour Train the Train (In House) certification. Teaches facilitators at my company about the basics of training and how tools to use to enhancing their current facilitation styles. was a need due to most of our facilitators being SMEs for the job only. Developed an in person curriculum about a new timecard software for our Field workers. Created the facilitator guide, mentored the lead trainer on their journey to train the other trainers, made two guidance manuals for both supervisors and non-managers for both web/mobile usages and currently working on creating a software simulation e-learning to help train for larger launch areas within the company.
