Lead the development and delivery of experiential learning initiatives focused on leadership development, personal growth and character education• Serve as the primary liaison between the Fraternity and premier program partners including LeaderShape, Outward Bound, the Bunnel Idea Group, The JED Foundation and Breakthrough T1D• Design and implement the COMPASS Experience Program – a comprehensive suit of developmental offerings that advance membership outcomes• Collaborate cross-functionally across the Fraternity’s enterprise to ensure alignment with holistic and strategic programmatic framework• Manage and allocate a annual budget to support high-impact educational programming • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with leading organizations to deliver nationally recognized programs to both undergraduate and alumni members • Elevate the member experience through the Life of Excellence Framework, emphasizing leadership and values-based education• Oversee logistical planning and execution of in-person and virtual experiential learning events• Facilitate workshops, presentations and training sessions for undergraduate and alumni audiences in both digital and in-person formats • Contribute to Fraternity publications, including marketing materials and social media content, to enhance brand visibility and member engagement• Support donor engagement efforts through prospect identification, cultivation and solicitation in coordination with the advancement team
