As the Team Lead - Database Engineering at Prometric, I provide database solutions that support the test development and delivery needs of clients across various industries and domains. I have over 10 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server administration, performance tuning, query optimization, high availability, backup, restore, and disaster recovery. I also hold three certifications from Microsoft that demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in SQL Server.I have successfully implemented and managed multiple SQL Server solutions, including Mirroring, Log Shipping, Replication, Windows Server Failover Clustering, AlwaysOn Failover Cluster Instance, and AlwaysOn Availability Groups. I have also worked with Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies, such as T-SQL, ETL, SSRS, and PowerShell. In addition, I have experience in supporting and managing Oracle database servers, and working with software development life cycle and project methodologies with OLTP/OLAP systems. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality database projects and reports that meet the business requirements and objectives.
