   Emerging Accounts Virtual team: supporting National Strategic and Emerging Accounts.As a Technical Recruiter focused on full lifecycle IT staffing and IT Recruiting I was directly involved in the process in primarily three key ways-Take job descriptions and identify key requirements for roles through communication with account managers of the clients expectations-Use the identified requirements to search for and qualify a large pool of candidates for the specific requisitions-Keep a clear line of communication open between the hiring managers and the candidates throughout the whole process from the initial call until they start the position.As a virtual recruiter I needed to have an immediate understanding of company culture and culture fits without having the opportunity to meet face to face with consultants, hiring managers, or even our own account managers.
