Work with teams to design, test Manhattan Active Omni (MAO), a cloud-based suite of omnichannel solutions, for our clients. Summary of responsibilities: · Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them to IT solutions using product expertise · Map, document, and test third-party integrations, including payment processors and web fronts · Provide training and clear documentation to client IT personnel as well as end users on MAO functionality as it pertains to each group\'s specific job functions · Triage reported issues, using tools such as Postman and Sumo logic to analyze technical logs; identify root cause; and test and propose solutions, in conjunction with functional and technical team members
