EVOLVE AND THRIVE! By 2014, I had established a highly successful healthcare group. However, I found myself at a crossroads despite owning and operating several healthcare businesses across state lines, including pharmacies, Durable Medical Equipment companies, etc. I always felt as if something was missing. I attended numerous great conferences and professional gatherings and met with amazing market leaders. I realized early on that mere knowledge was not enough to ensure success. I even reached a point where excessive knowledge was impeding my growth because it was taking a toll on my actions. It became evident that there was a critical gap—a critical gap between knowledge and execution.Driven by this realization, I embarked on a mission to revolutionize the way small—and medium-sized businesses approach their operations. This vision gave birth to the Collaborative Patient Care Group (CPCG).CPCG started supporting US businesses by employing offshore resources on a contract basis. In 2019 ZUEUSA was established, the mission of ZUEUSA is to support CPCG’s offerings. ZUEUSA is a powerhouse of several hundred trained employees who work for US businesses as an extension of their team.CPCG was founded on the belief that small businesses deserve equal access to human capital and technological support to compete effectively in today’s global environment. I do not claim to be a coach, a consultant, or a leader. I see myself as a servant, and CPCG follows the same principles. We don\'t suggest, consult, or provide unnecessary guidance. We just get the work done for businesses as their support group.
