I head up the Real Estate Disputes practice in London and am also head of our Liverpool Office. I have over 20 years experience of dealing with all types of issues arising in relation to leasehold and freehold land. This includes sale/development contract disputes, rent reviews, dilapidation claims, service charge disputes and all matters arising in insolvency situations. I also advise developers on rights of light and possession strategies. This ensures vacant possession is obtained before the bulldozers arrive!
