Played an important role in Informatica’s CloudFirstCloudNative ( CFCN) journey. • Collaboration across the Ops, Platform, Products, and R&D teams to exceed or maintain SLAs and responsible to keep the ‘lights on’ cloud infrastructure. • As an Incident Commander, running critical production incidents coordinating with different engineers, teams & vendors. • As a part of Problem management following up on the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) After Action Item (AAR) to prevent the issues from happening again. • Identifying gaps and orchestrating deep-dive technical meetings across Informatica with cloud SMEs and follow-up on the action items. • Point person from Informatica dealing with AWS/AZURE/GCP TAMs and SMEs. • Working closely with Global Customer Service and Product managers on customer issues. • Coordinating Informatica’s Major quarterly releases, • Educating and enforcing cloud best practices for HA, Stability, and managing uptime for Informatica Products with a goal of 99.99% uptime. • Reducing alert fatigue by analyzing the alerts and reaching out to operational teams • Onboarding new Informatica products to cloud Infrastructure. • Working with all of Informatica’s product and operation teams on the adoption of new tools/processes. • Working on Informatica’s FedRAMP compliance Application. • Setting up policies and working with Compliance and legal teams. • Reducing Cloud Infrastructure cost by monitoring, creating policies, and following up with teams till completion. CSP: AWS/Azure/GCP Technology: RDS, Kubernetes, EC2/VM, Monitoring.
