Inventory – Maintain an Inventory of all plant and equipment, update monthly and issue to the Administrative Manager quarterly. Legal – Be aware of the legal and insurance requirements with regard to all Facilities activities and ensure strict adherence to these matters. Compliances–Liaison with local civic bodies and others as to statutory approvals and ensure 100% compliance. Immediately escalating any non-compliance matters identified to the Head – Mall Operations & FM. Internal Reporting – Provide timely reporting and quick response to internal requests for information. Attend those meetings / forums nominated by the Head – Mall Operations & FM. Projects. Review the property on regular basis and take care of small projects required for improving the services to the tenants. Provide all support in terms of MEP services to the internal fit-out activities.
