IT support to all the US Navy bases in the CNREURAFCENT (Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central) AOR ( Area Of Responsibilities)I define the strategic direction of all NAF FFR information systems (IS), telecommunications, video and data systems and operations in support of Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Navy (DON) and Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) strategy.I provide management and operational support, supervisory oversight, administrative control, and coordination of the entire IT program at all FFR NAF activities.I advise and guide on all matters pertaining to NAF IT and cybersecurity with various echelons of EURAFCENT Region leadership, Region and Installation FFR program managers, and installation commanders.I prepare, coordinate and execute strategic plans for information management/information technology (IM/IT), IS and infrastructure with goals, objectives and strategies in support of DoD, DON and CNIC strategy/goals.I guide the implementation and maintenance of CNIC NAF Point of Sale (POS) and operational support systems for EURAFCENT FFR and ensure all operational support activities and staff are knowledgeable and familiar with the systems front line mechanisms and software programs.I also ensure staff receives proper training to fulfill requirements of their positions.
