Enjoying the role of need identification, creation of skill based training curriculum, delivery, liasoning, and collaborations. Eventually unleashing the limitless learning potential for the benefit of the learners. There is a clear need for academia and industry to work together to fill the skill gap which could not be done in their respective places. Providing a space for the learners to go through an experiential learning journey is very significant particularly in the beginning stages of the career and is more so in the further stages where it takes the form of upskilling and cross skilling. I am glad to be in the juncture where I could contribute to all these facets for the skill development.
