Salar is a mining and management consulting executive with over 20 years of experience, including consulting, mining technology, technology product development, project management, operations and strategy for large-scale mining companies with expertise across all continents and multiple commodities. Between 2014 and 2023, Salar was the cofounder, Managing director and later the CEO of Outliers Mining Solutions, the Mining industry\'s most innovative client-centric consulting service company.
