Leading the research effort to replace the company\'s NeRF-based avatar system with a 3D Gaussian Splatting pipeline for real-time audio-driven talking head animation. Designed the full architecture from scratch — FLAME mesh-based Gaussian initialisation, a gsplat rendering pipeline, and a deformation network that maps facial expression parameters to per-Gaussian transformations. Currently integrating audio encoding to drive photorealistic facial animation directly from speech.
