WIRELINE SUPERVISOR (UMM SHAIF FIELD)Supervised 7 crews with 11 units for two companies ALAHLIA & MARJANGEOSERVICES.All units carry on jobs at production and injection wells (oil, gas & water), including support of drilling rigs and barge operations.Job consists of completion & production:• Conducting monthly and weekly safety meeting and tool box talks.• Organizing and planning all activities related to wire line operations.• Organizing the tools and equipment for the operation.• Commissioning and auditing the slick line units.• Control valid certificates for all pressure control equipment’s.• Fishing operation and other related wire line operation.• Working in the field for solving and troubleshooting operation.• Planning consumable material and wire line tools needed.• Direct supervise and be involved in planned shutdown / startup operation.• Motivate manage and control the crews.
