Since stepping into the role of Sr. Director of Engineering at Solera, I’ve had the opportunity to lead the development of the Omnitracs One platform, overseeing critical product lines like XRS, Roadnet, and Drive. My focus has been on building high-performing, globally distributed teams and delivering results at scale.One of my first initiatives was to expand our engineering capacity by onboarding new teams in India and Spain, while also managing a diverse group of contractors across the U.S, India, Romania, and Ukraine. This global collaboration has been key to accelerating our delivery timelines and enhancing product quality.I’m proud to have led several major initiatives during this time — including the successful launch of Roadnet’s support for six European languages, and ensuring XRS met the latest Canadian ELD compliance standards. Throughout, I’ve worked closely with our product and IT organizations to drive alignment, shape roadmaps, and deliver meaningful features and improvements to our customers.This role continues to challenge and energize me, blending strategic leadership with hands-on collaboration in a complex, fast-moving environment.
