I am proud to be joining the Mendham Township School District as Superintendent of Schools on September 1, 2012. I am excited to join the faculty and staff, and to make Every Student, Every Day part of my educational vision.My strategies for school improvement focus on effective teaching, standards-based assessing and reporting systems, and continuous improvement efforts focused on results. I believe that in order to achieve future-readiness for every student, the school district must focus on three inter-related learning agendas: student learning, professional learning, and system learning. My efforts will focus on improving opportunities for our faculty and our students to continue to achieve excellence, while providing an enriching, well-rounded program.
