Next Generation Sequencing Specialist - Ten years of experience in the field of NGS involving all Illumina platforms- Hands-on experience in all types of library preparations (Human, bacterial, plant and animal related) and instrument operations and maintenance- Served as Illumina certified Application support manager for Illumina NGS and Genotyping instruments for 1 and half years- Currently manager of the NGS lab in Scigenom/Medgenome and involved in panel development and usage of NGS technology for Medical genomics services- Human exome and targeted panel data interpretation and preparation of clinical reports. Have prepared more than 150 clinical reports from NGS results- Also experienced in Affymetrix genotyping platforms as Application support specialist- Good knowledge in other NGS chemistries and platforms.
