Independently built and deployed an end-to-end MLOps pipeline for sales forecasting using SARIMAX models. Automated data ingestion, preprocessing, training, forecasting, and Excel report generation with MLflow tracking and a modular Python setup with logging and configuration management.• Initiated and currently leading a Generative AI project using LLMs to reduce product waste, enhance product recommendations, and maximise profitability across Tesco’s store network.• Collaboratively built and deployed an end-to-end machine learning solution for forecasting sales and volume across all product categories and stores, enabling automated monthly runs to deliver accurate, timely insights for Tesco’s Senior Buyers while eliminating manual processes.• Derived Retail Fisher Inflation using the official formula across Tesco’s product lines and implemented a complex, parameterised SQL query to calculate weekly inflation metrics; automated the process and integrated it with a Tableau dashboard refreshed every Monday for pricing trend analysis.• Took ownership of monthly team huddle calls to keep everyone informed on key updates, organised bi-weekly team-building games, and initiated knowledge-sharing workshops.
