I work as a Mechanical Engineer in lithium-ion cell design and manufacturing. I’ve led the setup and commissioning of a 300 m² ultra-dry room (<1% RH) for cell fabrication, achieving Class cleanroom standards.My work focuses on LFP pouch cell design, where I handle the mechanical design of the stack, pouch, and sealing interfaces. I regularly troubleshoot cell failures like swelling, leakage, and thermal issues, and improve designs through hands-on iteration and material changes.I also support manufacturing scale-up by optimizing layouts for prismatic and cylindrical cell lines, reducing cycle time and improving shop-floor efficiency. Alongside this, I work on DFMEA/PFMEA, control plans, and specifications to ensure designs meet OEM quality and reliability requirements.
