Hello, I am Sakshi. I am a proactive and results-driven HR Executive with three years of comprehensive experience. I am passionate about shaping impactful HR strategies and enhancing organizational effectiveness. I started my career by interning at various organizations with an intention of exploring different domains to understand the best fit for me. I interned at 5 companies while I was perusing my degree for over a span of 2 years, where I worked on social media marketing, human resources and sales. Human resources was a stream that I inclined towards the most so to further expand my knowledge I completed a professional certification in HR Management and HR Analytics from IIM Kozhikode after successfully submitting my captestone project and working on different real time-based case studies. For the past 3.1 years I have worked on core HR functions which includes end to end onboarding cycle and exit process, employee engagement, policy formulation, training and development, employee engagement, creation and maintaining dynamic HR dashboards and many other HR functions. My goal is to continue growing in the HR field, leveraging my experience and skills to make a positive difference within an innovative and forward-thinking organization.
