With over 14 years of experience across Global Capability Centers (GCCs), I bring deep expertise in Business and Stakeholder Management, Product and Program Management, Change Management, Leadership Development, and Communication & Employee Engagement. As a certified Prince2 Practitioner, I have successfully driven organizational capability through the design and execution of strategic business programs, products, and transformation initiatives.Known by my leaders and stakeholders as a go-getter, solution-oriented, collaborative, and ethically driven professional, I am passionate about nurturing my capabilities while staying true to my values. I also lead the Employee Listening Strategy, digital and product transformation, sustainability programs, and the people agenda for the CAO Functions.In addition to my primary role, I serve as the Location Manager for the Mumbai Corporate Center, further expanding my leadership responsibilities and actively contribute as a core committee member for Women on the Move APAC. Previously, I spent eight years at RBS India, supporting the Country Head in driving business management and large-scale cultural transformation initiatives across India.Academically, I hold an MBA in Finance, a Master’s in Economics, and have completed the Executive Development Programme in HRM from XLRI. I am also currently pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Product Management from the Institute of Product Leadership (IPL), further strengthening my product leadership capabilities.
