At Netflix India, I manage post workflows across nonfiction and scripted titles, collaborating with Key crew, vendors, and Netflix cross-functional teams to steer complex shows from pitch to live on Netflix. My role extends beyond coordination — into crew strategy, tooling adoption, and building systems for operational scale across new regions and slates aka genres of content.Beyond my day-to-day role, I’ve helped design programs that upskill on-ground talent as we embrace new technology and stay ahead of the market. Partnering closely with creatives and producers, I’ve stepped up as a bridge between product development and on-ground teams—ensuring our tools are built around real-world needs and deliver value for both internal and external stakeholders. I’ve also had the privilege of representing the team at global conferences and serving as Master of Ceremonies at the APAC offsite.
