Analyze daily demand, booking pace, and segmentation trends to support revenue strategy across five Marriott properties in airport and convention markets.• Maintain pricing accuracy and distribution integrity in One Yield, HPP, MARSHA, PMS, and OTA channels.• Assist in developing accurate forecasts for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and group pace using advanced analytics tools.• Conduct STR and competitive pricing analysis to identify market opportunities and guide rate positioning.• Build performance dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and SQL to improve decision-making and identify revenue opportunities.• Evaluate group business through displacement analysis to optimize mix and maximize profitability.• Support the transition and learning of new systems including Mint and ProfitSword, ensuring accurate reporting and data flow.• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Front Office teams to align pricing, inventory controls, and revenue optimization strategies.
