ABOUT SAKSHI SEMWAL
Driven by a deep passion for academic development, I have dedicated my career to exploring and expanding the boundaries of literature and cultural studies. I earned my BA in English from Delhi University, followed by an MA in English from Panjab University, and completed my PhD from IIT Roorkee. Currently, I am an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Pune. I engage in teaching and research, focusing on Anglophone literature, science fiction, and gender studies. My research delves into the intersections of literature, culture, and identity, aiming to uncover new perspectives and contribute to the broader academic discourse.In addition to my research, I am committed to mentoring and inspiring students, encouraging them to critically engage with texts and ideas. I believe in fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment where students can develop their intellectual curiosity and academic potential. My journey in academia is driven by a desire to contribute meaningfully to my field and to support the academic growth of others. As I continue to explore new avenues in literature and cultural studies, I remain excited about the possibilities the future holds for both my research and my students.
