ABOUT SAKSHI RAI

Sakshi Rai is an experienced risk management professional with 7 plus years of experience in regulatory and compliance matters including model risk and BSA/AML/KYC/CCAR/DFAST. Sakshi is currently working as a Vice President in the Capital Analysis, Planning and Reporting team at Goldman Sachs.Prior to Goldman Sachs, Sakshi worked a senior consultant in EY, primarily supporting financial services firms in dynamic financial forecasting, credit and capital stress testing domain. She also has experience in building materiality framework for financial institutions supporting their CFO attestation program. Sakshi has also worked as a model risk associate at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation focusing on capital planning, new product due diligence and setting up emerging risk framework for the Bank. Prior to that, she was a part of Deloitte’s Model Risk Management practice in Hyderabad, India as a solution advisor where she focused on validating high-risk economic and credit models for various global financial services clients. Sakshi holds a Master’s in Economics from Madras School of Economics and a Bachelor’s in Economics (honors) from University of Delhi.
