ABOUT SAKSHI POTDAR
With a passion for human rights and social development, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my experiences across India, Japan, Singapore, and the UK. I am currently pursuing my MSc in Human Rights and Politics at the LSE, and I am deeply committed to understanding and addressing complex societal issues. Drawing from a background of volunteering in the non-profit sector, I have actively contributed to initiatives focused on various social causes such as education and literacy accessibility and race and ethnic relations and harmony. My experiences have helped me hone my skills in cross-cultural communication, teamwork, and adaptability, essential for navigating diverse environments.My academic journey has fueled my interests in sociology, international relations/geopolitics, political philosophy, and international communication. I am particularly drawn to topics such as child rights, labour rights, indigenous rights, postcolonial theory and pluriversal social development. I am eager to connect with like-minded individuals who share my passion for creating positive social change.
