ABOUT SAKSHI MISHRA

As a team leader and HR recruiter at Fubll, I manage and oversee the hiring process for both core and administrative positions. I have four years of experience in HR and recruitment, working at various levels of institute and firm settings. I have a master of arts degree in human resources management from G.S. College of Commerce & Economics, where I learned and applied the principles and practices of HRM, such as employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and labor law. I also have a bachelor of engineering degree in electrical engineering from G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering. My core competencies include time management, HR management, and sourcing. I have successfully hired and onboarded multiple candidates for different roles and departments, using various sourcing strategies and platforms. I also coordinate and communicate with the hiring managers and the candidates throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties. I am passionate about finding and retaining talent, and I am always looking for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
