Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, escalating complex concerns appropriately while maintaining a standard of confidentiality and support.• Lead and support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate coordination, interviews, offers, onboarding and offboarding.• Coordinate new hire documentation and orientation, ensuring readiness and smooth integration into the team.• Maintain employee data in HRIS (ADP WorkForce Now) and spreadsheets, supporting payroll updates, job changes, leaves, and wage adjustments.• Assist with employee relations, including preliminary investigations, corrective actions, and conflict management.• Guide managers on policy interpretation, performance documentation, and employee development planning.• Manage time and attendance tracking and assist in generating HR metrics and internal compliance reports.• Contribute to Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings, supporting site-level safety audits and OHSA reporting.• Support planning and execution of HR meetings, training sessions, and internal events to enhance team morale.• Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning, change management, and new policy rollouts.• Research and propose process enhancements using HR technology and best practices to improve efficiency.
