Effectively utilizing sourcing platforms -Job Portals, Employee Referrals, vendors, professional network sites and personal contacts.Conducting preliminary HR assessments to check their communication skills, technical skills, and stability.Responsible for hiring and Recruiting & Short listing the candidates for almost every department of the organization.Coordinate with the Line Managers, sharing relevant CV’s, conducting interviews to select suitable candidates for the required positions.Proficient in recruiting candidates from junior to senior level.Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.Follow up with the candidates until he / she joins the organization.Maintaining database in the form of MIS.
