   Worked under \"Project Care\" of Small Industrial Development Bank Of India for the skill development and capacity building of 50 terracotta artisans of Moga, Punjab• Successfully launched two catalogs under the \"Bakedearth\" brand, showcasing Jewelry and Traditional Products crafted by artisans.• The society,\'Shree Ganga Ram Mati Kala Association\', for the artisans got registered. Additionally, secured a trademark for the society\'s name, further solidifying artisan identity and mission.• launched website, Bakedearth.in, specifically designed to showcase and support the artisans.• Organized five comprehensive training sessions, covering jewelry making, design, logistics and support, and financial literacy. These sessions were led by experts like Mrs. Deepa Sonaji Rao, Mrs. Santosh Verma, Mr. Ajay Pal Singh, and Punjab and Sind Bank officials.• Represented the project in prominent exhibitions, including the PM Vishwakarma Exhibition (Ludhiana), CIPHET Exhibition (PAU Ludhiana), and Saras Mela 2024 (Mohali).• Facilitated a 28-day artisan training program in Moga, requested by DC Handicraft, where one of the artisans, Ashok Kumar, earned the distinction of serving as a master artisan and gained city wide recognition.• Ensured the creation of artisan cards for potters, streamlining access to government benefits.• Conducted PM Vishwakarma drives for terracotta artisans and ensured all the potters get registered.• Initiated and meticulously managed the asset mapping documentation with the support of District Adminitration and Corporation for artisans across the Moga region, facilitating better resource allocation and support.• In addition, I had the privilege of liaising with key stakeholders such as the Moga administration, District Industries Centre (Moga), MSME, District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises, and the Ministry of Textiles to enhance the project\'s execution and support.
