ABOUT SAKSHI JAIN

As an HR Manager at Mahavir Group, I lead the human resources function for a leading manufacturer of boilers and pressure vessels. I oversee the recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement of over 200 employees across multiple plants and offices. I also coordinate with the ABIS GREEN, where I serve as an HR Manager, to ensure compliance, best practices, and industry standards. I have a degree in Business Administration and Management from IIPM,INDORE, and more than SIX years of experience in HRM. I am skilled in human resources, recruiting, coordinating, and managing people and processes. I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment that supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow as an HR professional.
