ABOUT SAKSHI HEGDE
As an aspiring Clinical Neuropsychologist, I am dedicated to unraveling the complexities of the human brain and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with neurological disorders. My journey in neuropsychology has been shaped by hands-on experience gained through a comprehensive internship with the Department of Neurosciences at Jupiter Hospital, where I developed and implemented cognitive rehabilitation strategies to improve patients\' cognitive functions. I am particularly passionate about integrating therapeutic approaches such as emotional freedom techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) into my practice. In addition to these therapies, I am eager to deepen my expertise in neuropsychological assessments, employing tools and techniques to better understand and address cognitive and emotional challenges. With a strong foundation in psychological theory and practical experience working with diverse neurological conditions, my goal is to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of neuropsychology in India.
