Yukio is a premium co-living space for young working professionals and I help design and improve the UX for it.1. Designed Yukio’s website and drove ongoing feature updates, improving discovery, lead capture, and resident engagement. Led end-to-end design of Yukio’s Resident App — including onboarding flows, referral programs, leaderboards, event booking, amenity booking, payment modules, engagement features and more — strengthening community retention and bookings.3. Architected a PMS (Property Management System) for managers with complex modules — payments, lead generation, move-in/out flows, ad-hoc billing — streamlining operations and cutting manual4. Built a scalable design system and widget-based UI framework to accelerate new launches and ensure brand consistency across web, app, and internal tools.5. Collaborated cross-functionally with PMs, developers, QA, marketing, and CX — as Yukio’s sole designer — ensuring delivery of web, app, and internal tools under set timelines
