Acquired EASA Quality Assurance Internal Auditor Training. To handle Safety & Compliance Management Systems in accordance with EASA & UKCAA Part 145 regulations. To monitor the Part 145 audit plan and initiate internal & external audits as required, under the supervision of the Safety Manager. On behalf of the maintenance organisations, provide an interface with the Authorities and other Jetfly Group entities for any Safety & Compliance subjects. Responsible for handling staff licenses with the Authorities and coordinating OJT to develop future certifying staff. Assisting work in close cooperation with the Maintenance Managers, and assessing the needs for required qualifications and additional trainings. Track and record discrepancies and monitor the development and implementation of corrective action plans for Safety reports using Centrik, CAFAM and AMOS Software. Set up Safety & Compliance performance indicators. Promote Just Culture and Continuous Improvement in the production environment. Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for compliance with regulatory and company requirements and maintaining updated approved subcontractors list-Acquired basic AMOS software knowledge.
