I partner closely with business, finance and operational leadership to protect enterprise value, enable revenue continuity, and manage exposure responsibly.I believe the legal function creates the most value when it is pragmatic, business-aligned and preventive — enabling continuity, protecting enterprise value, and fostering responsible growth.
