Recruit low-end, mid-level, and high-end non-IT business professionals for direct clients, with strong exposure to working directly with clients and handling W2 requirements. Possess some expertise in IT recruitment, determining, vetting, and placing candidates for various positions. Recruit candidates based on client requisitions in Admin Clerical, Business Professional, BFSI, and Production/Manufacturing/Light Industrial sectors. Manage full life-cycle recruitment, including setting search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, vetting, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates. Source prospective candidates from primary job boards, online networks, and referrals according to job requisitions. Enter a variety of data utilizing current technologies. Provide ongoing management and development of personal provider scheduling, candidate submissions, and maintain data accuracy. Perform effectively in a team environment and negotiate rates and assignment details. Manage the offer cycle, coordinating with HR to finalize employment details. Establish professional relationships with passive candidates through networking events and tech conferences; utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean searches, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
