Ms Sakshi Agarwal, a law graduate from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, with a concentration in Corporate and Commercial Laws.She has undergone internships at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, DSK Legal, Samvaad Partners, Wadia Ghandy etc. with utmost sincerity. She has a keen interest in researching and drafting and had been employed as Research Assistant to Professor Julien Chaisse, at the City University of Hong Kong.She is highly dedicated to achieving superior academic credentials and have managed to be Gold Medalist (for the batch 2019-24) for two years consecutively. Also, as an active Moot Court Participant, she concurrently act as a Student Convenor, Moot Court Committee, ILNU. She has been accorded a gold medal in excellence for mooting for being first runners up and the best memorial award in Justice R.K. Tankha International Arbitration Moot Competition, 2022 (Supported by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and in collaboration with Allen & Gledhill LLP). Also, holding an interest in Alternate Dispute Resolution, she has been adjudged as semi-finalist in the ADRC competition organized by ADRC Center, Sushant University, and secured 9th rank in Premier National Law School Negotiation Competition.She works best as individual and in team, and holds leadership qualities. Hardwork and punctuality helps in meeting strict deadlines with dedicated long work hours.
