Hi, I’m Sakshee. I’ve always been a bit of a contradiction—and I’m okay with that. Life’s too short to be boxed in, and I’ve tried my fair share of boxes. Poetry? Yep, written it. Photography? Been there. Freelancing, marketing, design? All on my list. At 14, I even wrote a book (still unpublished, but I’m convinced the world just wasn’t ready for it yet). For a long time, I was chasing everything—not because I was lost, but because I was curious. I wanted to experience it all. But somewhere along the way, I realized it wasn’t about what I was doing—it was about why I was doing it. That’s when psychology found me. Becoming a psychologist wasn’t just about choosing a career for me. It was about trying to understand myself and the world around me. Along the way, I learned something important: the thing that holds people back isn’t a lack of skills or opportunities—it’s their mindset. It’s how we see ourselves and the stories we tell ourselves. When we change that, everything changes. Now, I help people and organizations unlock their potential by shifting their mindset. Here’s what I do: I help people become stronger leaders. I help teams work better together and perform at their best. I guide individuals to reach their highest potential. I help companies create a work environment where people feel good, do good, and thrive. I believe that when we take care of our minds, everything else falls into place. That’s the kind of change I want to bring to the world. I’m not here to preach perfection. I’m just real.
