ABOUT SAKSHAM KUKREJA

Developer and researcher turned entrepreneur with a bias for action, a love for zero-to-one problems, and the grit to scale responsibly. I started coding at 12, shipped small apps for fun, earned a Microsoft paycheck at 16, published an AI paper at 17 before the hype, and built an industrial IoT system for lights-out factories at 18. It was the itch to turn “what if” into “what works” and the curiosity to try new technologies without expectations.Only later did I see that those habits were the foundation of my life as a founder. In college I started a company, grew it to a team of 30+, stitched a supply network across 14 countries, raised capital, and exited. The lesson was not in the headlines; it was in the rhythm: pick a direction, ship a first version, learn in public, iterate, and keep going when it is uncomfortable. Feeling the speed of problem-solving, the real impact on people, and yes, the nerves that come with consequential decisions is what kept me building.Since then, I\'ve found my adrenaline in uncertainty and the experience of trying new things: whether it was moving to Japan to start Bitgrit, taking it across borders to the UAE and the US, earning regulatory approvals that turned “not possible” into policy, building multicultural teams that learned how to win together, or making those damn 2 a.m. pivots that saved the quarter.People make the work possible. I have been fortunate with a team that owns outcomes and a wider community shaped by Hub71 in Abu Dhabi, Alchemist in Silicon Valley, and JETRO in Japan. Progress makes it worth it: five large-scale projects with NASA, clients like SoftBank and the Tokyo Government, a community of more than AI developers across 62 countries, and a first-of-its-kind ADGM license that brings AI assets on-chain.My first principles - • Execution beats ideas.• Business is all about people: character, candor, follow-through.• Initiative compounds faster than pedigree.• Make reversible decisions fast and prototype the irreversible until the risk is small.• Uncertainty isn’t a bug, it is where the upside hides.• Luck is important, but it only works if you take the risk.Nothing beats an open-ended conversation with interesting people.
