I joined **Genpact** a year ago, and it has been a journey full of learning and growth. Recently, I was honored to be recognized in the **Hall of Fame** for completing multiple certifications, which has further strengthened my technical foundation.For the past six months, I’ve been working as a **developer in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) product team**, where our primary responsibility is to drive automation. Our focus is on building **AI agents** that streamline and optimize sourcing and procurement processes. I am directly involved in **designing, developing, and deploying these AI agents** to meet business requirements and deliver real impact.Alongside this, I’ve also been contributing to a **demo project on home loans**, where I support daily development tasks and apply my skills to solve varied challenges. While this project has broadened my exposure, my core focus remains on the AI agents initiative, which excites me the most.It’s truly an honor to be part of such forward-looking projects at Genpact.
