   As a leader, I directed a team of 30 engineers, providing both technical guidance and strategic oversight to ensure the successful development and execution of critical projects. I set the direction for the Personalization Offer Engine, leveraging my engineering expertise to design and oversee the integration of offer generation, validation, content delivery, and email journey design, all while ensuring the system was scalable and able to handle high-volume promotional workflows. Additionally, I architected and developed the SYSCO Perks Engine, a complex loyalty program that integrates multiple systems and supports diverse customer benefits such as promo codes, gifts, and delivery perks. My leadership extended beyond team management as I worked closely with architects, business leaders, and the sales organization to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. I guided the development of personalized content infrastructure for Sysco Shop, applying engineering capabilities to create systems that deliver tailored customer experiences based on individual attributes. Furthermore, I led the recommendation orchestration efforts, engineering a system to deliver multiple personalized recommendations at scale, further enhancing the customer journey through Sysco Shop.
