I have worked in Green Field and Brown Field Project in Gujarat Themis Biosyn Ltd. Detailed engineering and execution as per Detailed engineering and execution as per GA drawing of project cable tray structure, Earthing, Lighting fixtures and Errection of equipments of all the floors of plant is to be executed in plant.Experience of planning and execution of project involves installation, commissioning and testing of electrical equipments like Motor control centre (MCC), Power control centre (PCC),HT/LT Panels,RTCC Panel, Synchronising Panel,MLDB, PDB, UPS, motors, DG-1250 kva-4 nos, Transformer kva-2 nos, kva- 3 nos, Reactors, Centrifuge, Rotocone Vacuum Dryer,Blender, VFD, HVAC panel, Air Handling Units, Pillar centrifuge, Air curtains, Milling machine, Sparkler filter, Cooling towers CFM),Air compressor CFM),Chiller(750TR), ANFD, RVDF, Harvester Reactor etc.Experience of planning and execution of project involving of installation, testing and commissioning of solvent yard having equipment like electrical MCC panels, Controlling station, motors, Earthrite system(Static grounding system of tank trucks enters in solvent yard, MLDB, PDB, lighting, Level Indicator system of solvent tank etc.Conducting testing to ensure the systems and components meet safety standards.Prepare all type of documents related to job( Daily report, Material inventory status, BOM, BOQ), giving instructions for usageof safety equipment during job execution to prevent accidents and instruct usage of PPE\'s.Managed various contractor disciplines throughout the installation and startup of the facility as well as equipment commissioning.
