ABOUT SAKINA BOHRA

HiI am Sakina Bohra and I am excited to share my journey with you, here’s a little about meGraduating with a bachelor’s in science was just the beginning of my journey, transitioning into Human resources was a challenge, but my belief in myself kept me moving forward, I soon realized my real passion lay in working with people. Felt drawn to something else, the people side of business. I knew it would be a challenging transition. Moving into HR with no formal background I felt like I was at the start of a long path, not sure where it would lead. But I was fueled by curiosity and a growth mindset, I took on the role of a Talent LeadWorked as Human Resource Talent lead in an edtech company helping students to get placed and providing skilled talent to various client companies, learning the ins and outs of recruitment, employee relations, conflict handling, and client relations. It was rewarding but I wanted to explore more about HR so to broaden my perspective and knowledge I decided to pursue an MBA with a focus on HR. I also took HR strategic courses to deepen my knowledge This experience deepened my skills and gave me a new perspective on how HR can drive growth and transformation.Here is what you can expect from my LinkedIn journey: Alongside HR, I’m passionate about growth mindset, productivity, and unique perspectives—the kind of insights that help people discover their potential.
