   Worked towards successfully conducting the first 5G v-RAN data call on Verizon’s commercial spectrum in a multi-vendor NSA environment. In Depth knowledge of Kubernetes based v-RAN SW architecture and deployment models. Drove feature development requested by the customer which included understanding the feature, gathering requirements & development effort estimate and developing a work backward plan by collaborating with cross functional teams in order to deliver it in the planned SW release. Flagged potential delays to the program schedule by collecting potential risks from respective teams which aided the management to take more informative decisions. Conducted regular retrospectives by facilitating healthy communication between teams to share a common vision and to align with stakeholder expectations. Managed and tracked the action items of the retrospective with multiple teams to avoid similar risks in future releases. Led a team of 10 engineers to successfully complete a POC for private networks in customers\' lab environment, which helped them build more trust in our processes and allow us to deploy in their commercial network. Handled change management by creating reports on ‘impact analysis’ which aided the leadership to take decisions faster. Prepared product road-map plan and helped with resourcing to ensure timely delivery of the product. Supported the project by being available 24x7 which expedited decision making process, unblocking global teams and vendors.
