Clients - GE VERNOVA & GE HEALTHCARE• Aware of trade compliance requirement and Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of land, as well as all shared Company policies and procedures with respect to logistics• Knowledge of End-to-End Logistics - Import, Export and Domestic movements.(Including Air, Sea and Road)• Import/Export specialist for LM Wind Power India (Subsidiary of GE ONW) from Europe to India and Vice versa.• Managing Outbound activities of Pan India and neighboring countries (Indent) for Wipro-GE Healthcare products like Ultrasound, Imaging and LCS equipment’s.• Tracking of shipments ETA, ETD & Right docs collection to send timely hand-offs to different destination team to ensure seamless hand-over• Coordinated weekly meetings for internal and external groups and stakeholders.• Interact with GE Customs COE, other pole Logistics team, approved Brokers and/or Freight Forwarders providing and /or supporting to get all required information and documentation as needed for customs clearance for international shipments (import and export)• Good hands-on experience in placement of vehicles for Road (LTL, FTL) for healthcare equipment’s and trailers for Wind Blades and turbines also in Ocean shipments such as LCL, FCL, RORO, Breakbulk etc.• Capture all data points (Dates, shipment, tracking, cost, documentation) for optimal transport execution, sourcing and reporting needs in ERP (Oracle Transportation Management)• Awareness of Incoterms (EXW, FCA, CIF, DAP, DDP), Customs clearance Procedures, HSN Code classifications, Customs Audit, regulations and documentations (CI, PL and COO)• Coordination with Suppliers, Vendors and Buyers for P2P process and with Finance team for LSP payment and reconciliation.
