ABOUT SAKHSHI AIRAN

Sakhshi is a Chartered Accountant who achieved AIR 1 at the intermediate and AIR 2 at the Final level of examinations. Currently, she is a part of the Supersourcing team, a startup aimed at solving hiring problems of tech industry. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, helping build and scale its operations and cross-departmental coordination. She has worked with Hindustan Unilever Limited as Network Finance Manager overseeing cost efficiency and maintaining operational & Financial controls of Home Care- Bars and Liquids portfolio as part of the Supply Chain Team. She also worked as Management Trainee under the Flagship UFLP program of Unilever successfully completing a diverse set of projects from cost efficiencies to Investor relations to automation. Additionally, she also has experience of working with the Business Finance team of Vending business of HUL and in Financial Consultancy domain with a wide variety of clients during her stint at Anand Saklecha and Co. She is a person driven by passion to make real and lasting difference in the lives of people she works with. Her tenacity and critical thinking approach are some of the traits that sets her apart. In her free time, she likes to read mostly fiction, explore new places and cook.
